This is not tax, legal or accounting advice. NGR is not a universal definition; confirm your exact contract and market framework.

Formula: GGR minus the entered deductions only. Do not assume supplier fees, tax treatment or payment costs are the same across markets or contracts.
Discuss platform requirementsWorked example
Starting GGR of $200,000, with 8% game content ($16,000), 5% bonuses ($10,000), 4% affiliates ($8,000) and 2% of $500,000 deposits for payments ($10,000), produces an illustrative entered-deduction result of $156,000. Tax, chargebacks, jackpots and any other deductions must be added where relevant.
Definitions and next steps
GGR: gaming revenue before the deductions selected in a specific report or agreement.
NGR: a contractual post-deduction measure; it should never be assumed from a generic formula.
- Agree the definition and deductions in writing.
- Model each target market separately.
- Review platform commercial terms alongside the margin model.
