In short: Game aggregation gives a casino one integration to thousands of games instead of a contract and an API per studio. On the Spinlab Studio platform the games arrive through integrated aggregators, Hub88 and ST8 among them, so a new brand launches with 5,000+ slots, live games and game shows already wired into the wallet, bonus engine and back office. Content terms for your markets are agreed on a demo call.

This page explains what game aggregation is, how it works on the Spinlab platform, what an operator does and does not have to manage, and how it is priced. For the engineering view, read casino game aggregation 101; for the economics, what a game aggregator really costs.
What game aggregation is
A game aggregator is a middle layer between a casino platform and game studios. The studio connects once to the aggregator; the casino connects once to the aggregator; every game on the aggregator becomes available to the casino through that single connection. Without it, each studio means its own commercial agreement, its own API, its own wallet integration, its own certification paperwork and its own reconciliation. With a large catalogue that is dozens of integrations to build and maintain.
Aggregation does not replace the platform. The platform still owns the player account, the wallet, bonuses, KYC and reporting. The aggregator supplies games and settles each round with the wallet.
How aggregation works on the Spinlab platform
| Layer | Who runs it | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Game studios | Studios publish games to the aggregators | Game tiles in your lobby |
| Aggregators (Hub88, ST8) | Integrated with the platform by Spinlab | One catalogue; new games appear without new integrations |
| Platform wallet and bonus engine | Spinlab platform | Bets, wins, free spins and wagering settle in one ledger |
| Lobby and categories | Pre-configured game categories you can edit in the back office | Categories, featured rows, search |
| Original games | Platform originals and a custom originals editor (Scale plan and up) | Crash, dice and instant games alongside aggregated content |
| Reporting | Back office | GGR by game, provider and player; see the back-office guide |
Because the aggregation is already integrated, launching a brand is a configuration task rather than an engineering project. The white-label platform guide walks through the rest of the launch.

What you still decide as the operator
- Which content to show where. Studios restrict games by market; your lobby per country is a configuration choice. The game portfolio strategy guide covers the mix.
- Lobby order and categories. Featured rows, new releases and search weighting are yours to set in the back office.
- Bonus rules per game. Which games count towards wagering and at what weight.
- Originals. Whether to run platform originals next to aggregated content, and how to brand them.
Aggregation vs direct studio integrations
| Through the platform’s aggregators | Direct studio integrations | |
|---|---|---|
| Integrations to maintain | None on your side | One per studio |
| Commercial agreements | Covered by your platform plan; specifics on the demo call | One per studio, with minimums |
| Time to add a new studio | When the aggregator lists it | Weeks of integration and certification |
| Who suits it | New and growing brands | Large operators with in-house engineering |
