In short: A turnkey casino from Spinlab Studio starts from the same running platform as our white-label plans (player accounts, wallet, 5,000+ games, cashier, bonus engine and back office) and adds what a white label cannot: custom feature requests, a fully custom design, a sportsbook on a FeedConstruct feed, and a plan shaped to your volumes. Scope, timeline and price are agreed on a demo call.

“Turnkey” means you receive a complete, working casino and switch it on, rather than assembling one from suppliers. The difference from a white label is how much of the product is shaped to you. This page explains what a Spinlab turnkey build includes, who it is for, how it is priced and how it compares with our white-label plans. For the model-by-model comparison, read white label vs turnkey vs custom.

What a Spinlab turnkey casino includes

Every build sits on the platform described on our pricing page and white-label platform guide. The turnkey path adds the items the pricing page lists under the Dominate and Lifetime plans and under custom plans:

Front end Front-end templates, custom domain or a free yourdomain.spinlab.studio address Fully custom design (“if you do big numbers, or wish a fully custom design, custom plans are available”)
Features Bonus engine, promocode system, loyalty and VIP manager, streamer leaderboards, wager races, global chat, AI player support Custom feature requests (Dominate and Lifetime)

Anything not on the pricing page, including setup fees, custom-development scope, sportsbook fees and timelines, is discussed on the demo call. How licensing is arranged for your operation is set out in your contract.

Who turnkey is for

If you are launching a first brand or testing a market, a white-label plan is usually the better start: lower cost, faster launch, and you can change plan at any time. The build vs buy guide covers the full decision.

How turnkey is priced

Plan prices on spinlab.studio/pricing at the time of writing (23 October 2026): Launch $999/mo, Scale $1,499/mo and Dominate $2,499/mo on annual billing (from $1,299, $1,999 and $2,999 billed monthly, each plus a one-time setup fee), and Lifetime Access at $75,000 one-time. Only Launch carries a GGR fee (2%, limited time). Turnkey work is quoted on top of, or instead of, these plans depending on scope, and the quote is given on the demo call. All plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee; setup fees are non-refundable. For what sits outside the platform fee, read the cost to start an online casino guide.

How a turnkey project runs

  1. Demo call. You bring markets, launch date and must-have features; we show the platform and agree scope.
  2. Quote and contract. Plan, custom work, sportsbook terms, data and exit terms in writing.
  3. Configuration and custom work. Games, payments, bonuses and design, then your feature requests.
  4. Launch and operate. Hosting is included; support is priority and live chat on Dominate and VIP support on Lifetime.

Turnkey casino FAQ

What is a turnkey online casino? A complete, working casino delivered ready to operate: platform, games, payments, back office and front end, with more of the product shaped to you than a white label allows.

What is the difference between turnkey and white label? The core platform is the same. A white label is configured and branded; a turnkey build adds custom design, custom feature requests and integrations agreed per project, at a higher price and a longer timeline.

How much does a turnkey casino cost? The platform plans are published on our pricing page; custom scope, setup fees and sportsbook terms are quoted on the demo call.

How long does it take? It depends on the custom scope, which is why the timeline is agreed on the demo call rather than published.

Can I start white label and move to turnkey later? Yes. Plans can be changed at any time, and because the platform is the same you keep your players and data.

Do you provide the licence? Licence recommendations are included on every plan; how licensing is arranged for your operation is set out in your contract.
