In short: Spinlab Studio’s platform includes an affiliate system in the back office: affiliate tracking, attribution and payouts are built in, so partners can start sending traffic without extra integration work. Agents and affiliates are managed from the same back office as your players and content. Commission models, agent terms and customisation are discussed on the demo call.

Most new casinos get their first players from partners, not from broad advertising: affiliates, streamers, communities and, in many markets, agents who bring and manage their own player groups. Our own FAQ says as much: paid social, affiliate and streamer partnerships and community building tend to work early, while broad-audience advertising and SEO alone rarely move the needle in the first months. This page explains what the Spinlab affiliate and agent system covers, how partner acquisition is usually structured, and what you decide with us on the demo call. For the strategy side, read how affiliate systems help online casinos grow.
What is built in
| Capability | What the platform provides | Where it is stated |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate tracking and attribution | Referred players are tracked and attributed to the partner who sent them | Spinlab FAQ |
| Payouts | Partner payouts are built into the platform, so no separate affiliate software is needed | Spinlab FAQ |
| Back-office control | Affiliates are managed in the same back office as content and players, with automations | Homepage |
| Promo codes | Promocode system for campaigns and partner offers | Pricing page, Scale plan and up |
| Streamer tools | Streamer leaderboards and global wager races for community and streamer partnerships | Pricing page, Scale plan and up |
| Integrations | Webhooks and full API access, for CRM and reporting connections | Pricing page, Scale plan and up |
| Ongoing updates | New affiliate features ship as part of lifetime platform updates | Spinlab FAQ |
Commission models (revenue share, CPA or hybrid), agent hierarchies and settlement terms, payout schedules and any custom reporting are configured for your operation and discussed on the demo call. Plan prices are on spinlab.studio/pricing; the affiliate system is part of the platform rather than a separately priced product, and anything not listed on that page is discussed on the demo call.
Affiliates and agents: two partner models
| Affiliate | Agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Who they are | Publishers, streamers, comparison sites, communities, media buyers | Local partners who recruit and often service their own group of players |
| What they do | Send traffic through tracked links and promo codes | Onboard players, handle first-line contact, sometimes manage deposits and payouts for their group |
| How they are paid | Per acquired player, a share of revenue, or a hybrid, under rules you set | Commission on their group’s activity, under terms set in your agreement |
| Typical markets | Everywhere; strongest where search and social traffic is cheap to measure | Markets where trust is personal and local payment habits matter |
| Main risk | Low-quality or fraudulent traffic | Concentration: one agent can hold a large share of your players |
Both models run on the same principle: every player is attributed to the partner who brought them, and the partner is paid according to rules you control in the back office. Which model fits your markets, and how the two combine, is one of the first topics on the demo call.
What a partner programme needs to work
- Clean attribution. Every registration, deposit and bet must trace back to one partner, or payouts become arguments.
- Rules you can change. Commission models, caps and bonus budgets per partner should be configuration, not a developer ticket.
- Fraud and quality checks. Multi-accounting, bonus abuse and self-referrals are the price of a partner programme; detection has to sit next to KYC and payments. Our guide on detecting affiliate fraud before your first payout covers the checks.
- Statements partners trust. Partners stay when they can see their numbers; the back office should produce them without manual work.
- Compliance baked in. Marketing rules, geo-restrictions and responsible-gaming requirements apply to partner traffic as much as to your own; see our guide to restricted markets.
