Casino platform buyer’s checklist

Use these questions to compare white-label, turnkey or platform proposals on a like-for-like basis. It is a planning aid for qualified B2B projects, not legal or regulatory advice.

Platform access does not automatically provide a gambling licence. Market permissions, operator responsibilities, payment availability and compliance requirements must be verified for each project.

15 questions to answer before selecting a supplier

  1. What are the exact setup, monthly, variable, minimum-term and change-request fees?
  2. Which features, suppliers and markets are specifically excluded from the quoted scope?
  3. Who owns player, transaction, reporting and configuration data, and how can it be exported?
  4. Which game-aggregation and direct-provider dependencies apply?
  5. Which payment, KYC, AML and fraud tools are available for each intended market?
  6. Who is responsible for operator licensing, market approval and ongoing compliance?
  7. Which back-office roles, reporting controls and audit evidence are included?
  8. What is the implementation plan, dependency list and acceptance criteria?
  9. What support coverage, escalation route, SLA measurement and exclusions apply?
  10. What APIs, integrations and technical documentation are available?
  11. What data-export, transition-assistance and exit provisions are contractual?
  12. How are privacy, security and responsible-gambling responsibilities allocated?
  13. What CRM, affiliate, marketing and retention tooling is needed beyond the platform scope?
  14. How do taxes, payment fees, bonus costs and partner costs affect the financial model?
  15. Which commercial, technical and compliance commitments will be confirmed in writing?
